SHIPPING & ORDERS

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Our partner, theprintspace, produce your print to the highest quality standards and ship it to you within 48 hours of purchase.

The average shipping time is 5-7 business days depending on the delivery destination.  If you live in the UK the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Please note that:

  • COVID-19 may cause delays to your shipment.
  • you may be subject to customs delays and import fees depending on your country.
Where is my package?

Once an order has shipped, an email with the tracking information will be sent to you.

If you think your package has gone missing, please reach out to us at support@glennmeling.com and we’ll start a trace with the carrier.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders are with free shipping.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our partner, theprintspace, who produces and ships our prints use DHL and Deutsche Post.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Prints are first wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a robust cardboard tube, secured and sealed at both ends. Prints under 16"x12" may be sent in a robust cardboard envelope.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your print to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and untouched, the limited edition certificate for your print must be included, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@glennmeling.com with your order number, what product you want to return and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@glennmeling.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I recieved a faulty or damaged product

If you receive an item from us which is faulty or damaged that happened during the production of the print itself, we will replace it free of charge.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@glennmeling.com.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your item at support@glennmeling.com and we will be happy to assist.

All items should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your item due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at support@glennmeling.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint/exchange free of charge.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will give you a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible.

As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible within 48 hours of purchase, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can to support@glennmeling.com.

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully.

PRINT QUALITY & PRINT SERVICES

Do you want to see how our prints may look like on your wall before you buy?

Send an email to support@glennmeling.com with a picture of your wall/room and the link to the print in our store. We will add our print to your wall in your picture and send it back to you. Photoshop stuff!

Framing and mounting?
Pr. today, prints on paper are the only available items.

Framing, prints on aluminium and other type of media will be available in limited prints later. Sorry, we don't know when yet.
Limited edition prints sold out?

The limited edition prints on paper will never be produced again with the same type of paper and sizes as stated on the product itself in the online store.
Note! But the same photograph may be produced again on other type of media and sizes, like prints on aluminium and canvas.
